First off, we would like to thank you for checking out our company and our services. Orlando Home Management is part of the Resort Home Network management company. We have been managing vacation homes here in Orlando since 2006, and we have been marketing vacation homes in Orlando since 1993.
Where we really thrive is helping vacation home owners maximize their income on their Orlando vacation home. We do this by simply reducing our owners expenses and increasing their rental income. This is easier said than done, if I could let me expand.
In 2024, we did not have one of our vacation rentals occupied less than 260 nights. We get more rentals than other management companies, because we maximize our vacation homes exposure to potential guests. We not only list your home on all the major Channels such as Airbnb and VRBO but also have our own marketing in house efforts which are centered around Disney World Tickets. We use our theme park tickets as the lost leader to get guests to stay in our vacation homes.
We have been managing vacation homes since 2006, and over the past 20 years we have learned a few things about reducing owner expenses. We also study our business and we are always trying to learn. One of the unique things about our property management business is that if any owner is not satisfied with our services and they want to leave we will let them out of their contract with a small 10 day notice. We do this because we simply do not have home owners wanting to leave our services. Our philosophy is simple: “If we are taking care of your property and producing great rental income…why would you want to leave”.
All management companies have to be customer service oriented. After all you cannot get 5 star reviews if you are not customer focused.
